By purchasing this software, you are agreeing to the following License Agreement (This software is protected by US Copyright laws and International Treaties.)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE This License provides the original purchaser, or licensee the exclusive right to install this software in accordance with the software license type checked above. This does not include and expressly prohibits, use of this software from a server or any type of Internet or intranet based broadcast protocol.

2. COPYRIGHT This software is owned by Koldwater Software and is protected by United States copyright laws, and international treaty provisions. Your rights as the licensee of the software are limited to those rights specified in paragraph 1 above. You may not loan, give or sell your installation diskette or any copies thereof to any persons, corporations or institutions.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS This software is licensed ONLY to the user specified on the registration information, and does not extend to any other person, persons, corporations or institutions. Violations of this agreement will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. You may not rent, lease, distribute, or sub-license the software. You may not alter, modify, or adapt the software or documentation, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering or creating derivative works. This applies to both the original and to the backup copy of this program. The license and your right to use this program automatically terminate upon failure to comply with any provision of this agreement.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Koldwater Software warrants that the media on which this program is distributed, is free from defects. Koldwater Software will replace defective media, provided you are a registered user and return the item with dated proof of payment to Koldwater Software, within 90 days of the date of purchase. This software is provided AS IS without any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. In no event shall Koldwater Software, the Developer and the Distributor, be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of this software or any of the software described herein or perform any independent analysis of the software information contained herein.

Neither Koldwater Software, the Developer and the Distributor warranty or guarantee any of the products or circuits described herein. Nor do we assume, and do expressly disclaim any obligation to obtain and include information other than that supplied herein.

The user is expressly warned to consider and adopt all safety precautions that might be indicated or implied by the activities and circuits described herein and to avoid all potential hazards. By following any instructions contained, the user willingly assumes all risk in connection with such instructions contained herein.

Specifically, Koldwater Software, the Developer and the Distributor make no representation or warranty that this software is fit for any particular purpose. This includes, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for any particular purpose or merchantability, nor are any such representations implied with respect to the material set forth herein. Koldwater Software, the Developer and the Distributor shall not be liable for any special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting in whole or in part, from the user's use of, or reliance upon, this material. (In simple terms, this means that if you suffer a loss through the use of this software or anything associated with it, it's not our fault. In fact, in today's litigious society, we make no claims or guarantees for this software at all, and your use of this software indicates that you agree to hold us blameless for anything you may experience as a result of such use.)
